Why is the "Serving Status" empty for the newly negated keyword from Search Term Quick Attack?

Serving Status is determined by Amazon after the keyword has been running for a while. We update the serving status every night automatically.

If you want to get the latest serving status, you can click the 'Sync Campaigns' button in the Sync Control Panel.
