If we have a bid automation setup for a campaign and we turn the campaign off, will Ad Badger save the automation rules and automatically apply them again when the campaign is turned back on?

Yes, if you create an automation for Bids by Badger (or Dayparting when it's released), the campaign will be paused but the automation will stay in place and start up again when you unpause the campaign.
