Does Ad Badger have a free trial?

Yes. Starter, Basic, Professional and Platinum plans all start with a 30-day free trial.

  • Card required: You enter a card at checkout, and you are not charged during the 30-day trial.
  • Automatic billing: Your plan starts billing automatically when the trial ends.
  • Not the right fit? Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Pick a plan and start your trial at adbadger.com/pricing.

Does Ad Badger have a money-back guarantee?

No, but every Starter, Basic, Professional and Platinum plan now includes a 30-day free trial, so you can try Ad Badger with your own data before you pay anything. Due to the high level of custom collaboration and support provided with our software, Ad Badger does not offer a money-back guarantee once a paid plan begins. We stand by our work.

What is Ad Badger's refund policy?

Paid plans are non-refundable. This applies to monthly, 6-month and 12-month plans.

  • Try it first: Use the 30-day free trial to decide whether Ad Badger is right for you.
  • Cancel during the trial: You are not charged.
  • Cancel after the trial: Your subscription will not renew, and payments already made are not refunded.

Ad Badger no longer offers the 60-day opt-out that was previously available on 6-month and 12-month plans.

Why was I charged again?

All of our plans operate on a subscription basis. A free trial converts to a paid plan automatically when the 30 days are up.

Important: To stop charges, you must cancel your subscription.

To avoid future billing, you need to actively cancel your account subscription. If you don't cancel, you will continue to be charged according to your plan's billing cycle. See How do I Cancel My Subscription? for the steps.

Our cancellation process is designed to be clear and straightforward. If you choose not to follow it, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred.

What is Ad Badger's Monthly Ad Spend Overage Fee?

When Overage Fees Apply

You'll be charged an overage fee when your monthly ad spend exceeds your plan's limit by more than 10%.

Example: If your plan includes $25,000/month in ad spend, you won't pay extra until you exceed $27,500 (the 10% buffer zone).

How It Works

  • Monthly review: We check your ad spend at the beginning of each month
  • Automatic billing: Overage fees are automatically added to your account
  • Recurring charges: You're charged each month you exceed the 10% buffer

Overage Fee Amounts

The fee equals the difference between your current plan and the plan that covers your actual spend, multiplied by 1.1.

Examples:

  • Basic Badger (Annual) - $25k/month limit: $187 overage fee
  • Professional Badger (Semi-Annual) - $75k/month limit: $256 overage fee
